A205 EP is the debut release from Catford Gyrations, consisting of four distinct instrumental pieces.

The opening track "Parakeets (A205)" incorporates recordings made of feral parakeets in a South London park, over-layered with drum breaks, heavy bass, and decorated with a variety of analogue sounds. "Inspector Sands" is a psych-surf instrumental, which eventually dissolves into a wall of noise. "London Cheesecake" takes on an excursion into woozy electronica. Finally, "Apricity" takes on a more upbeat direction, with its chiming jangly guitars.

The Bandcamp download also includes an exclusive bonus track - "Parakeets (Melodica version)", a dub-inspired remix of the opening track.
